Why our coffee is so special?




Specialty Coffee


Our coffee is especial and of really high quality:


  • Due to our ubication near to Poas volcano with a elevation of more than 1300 mts
  • We collect the coffee when it is fully ripen because this is really important for the aromas and flavors off our cup, then  it is skined the same day using as less water as posible, we dry it in the sun and with all the honey, this process is slowly and more coastly , but the quality at the end is unique.
  • The roasting is done every week in an artisan way and in small batches to preserve the best we can get of it.
